2007 Infiniti G35 Review
Infotainment Controls

Our test car was free of the optional navigation system, so I cannot comment on its operation. In its place was an information screen and a set of hard keys for programming vehicle features such as the trip computer. The stereo was simple and elegant, and could be controlled using buttons on the steering wheel. I didn't use those much, since the switch for cycling through the pre-set stations operated counter-intuitively. Instead, I preferred the six pre-set buttons, the volume knob, and the tuning knob mounted smack dab in the middle of the dash.
